Thats because all of the talented african americans are involved in other sports, such as basketball and football.

There are hardly any boxing gyms in the cities anymore compared to the days of old. So of course you're going to see a shift from african american dominance to non-american dominance.

Think if Lebron James, Shaq, Kobe, Garnett, etc etc etc etc etc were groomed to be boxers their entire lives. LMAO, it wouldn't be funny how badly these european fighters would get **** on, and I'm not trying to diss I'm just being real about the situation.
