I can't wait for this thing. I think Froch will take it all if you want my honest opinion. I have no idea why people think Dirrel will beat Froch. Dirrel isn't even on the level of Pascal. Froch was behind on the cards against Taylor, but it wasn't a lopsided clinic that Taylor was putting on like a lot of other people make it out to be. I think the final fight will be between Kessler and Froch. Kessler throws straighter punches, but Froch throws punches from more different angles. That fight would be ****ing. I think Ward will give Kessler a tough fight, and likewise with Dirrel being competitive with Froch. But I think they will come up short.

I think the Europeans are going to have their hands full in these fights, especially Abraham. I think Froch will win but I am up in the air about Kessler. I am pretty much convinced Taylor wins though. All 3 fights are going to be interesting to say the least.

Pascal put on a good performance in the Diaconu fight, but I feel he is quickly becoming way overrated by some people, particularly Froch fans.

Diaconu was a joke as far as titlists go. Pascal fought a good fight in beating him but it's not like he took out Dawson, Johnson, or Tarver, all of whom would KO Pascal IMO.

Great Matchups. I have Abraham over Taylor by Knockout (9th Round). I have Ward Beating Kessler on an easy Points Victory. Froch v Dirrell is a pickem fight. Abraham vs Taylor will be a good fight for about 4 rounds then Taylor will get tired and get his ass whooped till the Ref stops it or he quits on his Stool. Kessler has never fought a really good Black Boxer and has never really fought outside Denmark. When he did he got beat. I think Ward will show that Kessler is massively overrated and score the Upset in convincing fashion. Froch and Dirrell is a matchup that is hard to call for me. I agree that Dirrell is not as good as Pascal but the fight different styles. Dirrell is really long with a very good effective jab that could give Froch fits all night. If Froch is to win he may have to KO Dirrell because i do not believe Froch can outwork Andre for a Points win. This tournament is really interesting and should be a great boxing being displayed with World Class fighters. My only question is why is Taylor even in this one and Not Bute or Green. I already know it has to do with Money Demands and Taylor is really the only marketable name out of everyone to Promote the Tournament but Thats like when the Coachs son makes the Allstar team just because when there is much better fighters out there. Oh well at least we can see Abraham retire Taylor

Tarver's done and has been for a while.

            Dawson wouldn't KO Pascal either.

Johnson maybe but he is slowing down.

I'm not saying Pascal is A-level but he is a good fighter. And I agree that everybody you listed out of the top guys at 175 right now would beat him except Tarver (Are you kidding me?) but they wouldn't stop Pascal I don't think. Pascal has a good chin and Dawson and Johnson are not knockout punchers.

The only loser of Taylor vs. Abraham is going to be me. The last thing I ever wanted to see is my two favorites going at it. Realistically, I favor Abraham by KO at this time. I think Dirrell KOs Froch and Kessler decisions Ward in the other first round match-ups.

Jermain Taylor is awesome - boxers often talk of wanting to fight the best but they never do except Taylor. Taylor has fought the toughest opponents he can find. He is a great example of a boxer stepping up and not being afraid of anyone. If any of the other undefeated boxers fought the string of top competition that Taylor had fought, they would all have losses too.

Abraham has yet to fight someone who can really crack him when he goes into his rope-a-dope defense of just keeping his hands up and leaning on the ropes and countering. Taylor also does a similar thing in fights but Abraham has not fought the consistent level of great fighters that Taylor has.

A win on cards is a great accomplishment against any of the boxers in this tournament, and due to the talent level of all the competitors, don't expect many KO's, most will go the distance. Fine by me.

If Taylor can ever get his cardio under control, he could steamroll. Froch knows he won that fight because Taylor gassed out in the last round, it was from nothing that Froch did...Taylor lost the fight himself.

No, but he will be more accurate than either one of those guys. The guy is selective, accurate, but very economical with his shots. Froch has a hell of a chin, but I can't see him standing up 12 rounds to the type of outclassing that I foresee. Hell, maybe he doesn't even go down, but somebody is likely to stop the thing.
