Cotto should definitely rematch Marg next year but if he wins give Marg 80-20 split.

Cotto should have this Pac fight by KO. And since he's stayin wit Arum, he needs to rematch Marg next yr.

If Cotto beats Pacman he should focus on trying to make a fight with Floyd because win or lose against Floyd, Margarito will always sell good due to the cloud (plaster issue) over the 1st fight. However if he losses to Margarito before fighting Floyd he could say good bye to that big payday and to Floyd also.

I don't know why he gets this fight. Margarito stomped him. Oh, the gloves were tampered with, I forgot. He won a BS piece of a title against some sub fighter and I felt that Clottey won his last fight or at least made him look like a "ham and egger". I used to really think Cotto was special. But he has been exposed. Pacman took this fight because unlike a Moseley who is on the upswing, Cotto looks pretty damn ordinary of late. Time will tell though. I'm a real big Pacfan, and I am disappointed he and Mayweather could not put petty stuff aside and give the fans the fight they REALLY want. Maybe it will get done sooner than later.

I don't think he's trying I beleive it, I beleive he already is.

Treu that PBF has sold more then him but at this time Pacman has more popularity and his fan base has grew more in the last 2 years.

We will for sure know with their upcoming numbers comparison. I believe Pacman-Cotto will sell and generate more revenue than PBF-Marquez.

PBF will have the advantage that even if Marquez and Cotto have similar fan base, Marquez in Las Vegas will bring more than Cotto will, due to the Mexican community, therefore if Pacman-Cotto sell more it would be demonstrated that PBF will not currently be the biggest Money Maker in the sport.

Cotto is going to str8 pound this little midget. I like em both but i think a cotto fight is the thing pac needs. He has shown softness to the body even early in his career at lesser weights. I dont care how many crunches he does... Those body shots are going to make him rethink his decision to challenge miguel. Miguel v Floyd 2010... Pacquiao v Marquez 2010.. Mosley v his wife 2010..
