A media tour to promote the middleweight clash between three-time world champion Felix “Tito” Trinidad and unified 154-pound champion Winky Wright on May 14 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas will kick off in Trinidad’s native Puerto Rico at an open-to-the-public press conference at San Juan’s 10,000-seat Roberto Clemente Coliseum on Monday at 11AM. Don King and both fighters will be present. The tour stop has been specifically scheduled on the President’s Day holiday to give the public the best chance to attend the press conference. “I want to encourage all Puerto Ricans to support their native hero Tito Trinidad by attending this tremendous event at Coliseo de Roberto Clemente,” promoter Don King said. “Viva Puerto Rico!” The tour will continue with media-only press conferences on Tuesday in New York City, Wednesday in Los Angeles, and Friday, in Las Vegas.
