I wouldn't be suprised if this fight is almost as much as a mismatch as Hatton-Pacquiao was. I don't like Mayweather and I hope Marquez beats him, but I don't know why everybody is ****ting on that fight but at the same time, praising this one. The judges in Cotto's fight with Clottey already had it determined that all Cotto had to do was make it to the finish line and he'd win the fight and get a shot at Pacquiao. There are more threatening opponents for Pacquiao to fight out there, and I feel like if I order this I'm just throwing my money away to a mismatch. Juan Manuel Marquez has been winning his fights in dramatic fashion despite slow starts, and he is a more exciting fighter than Miguel Cotto. I don't find what Cotto does at the end of fights exciting. He coasts and hopes the judges grant him a victory if he feels like the other fighter has momentum. That is not charcteristic of a war. I know Mayweather uses lateral movement too, but he doesn't literally run backwards like Cotto does.

And I think Cotto is sort of being a stand up guy by giving Pacquiao a little bit of leverage where the weight is concerned. And Pacquiao is being opportunistic and trying to tilt the playing field in his advantage. But I think it's double standards for the Cotto fans to say that Paul Williams doesn't have the right to drain back down to 147 to try to get a shot at a big name, and at the same time praise Cotto for only having to drain one more pound from what he weighed in the fight with Clottey and call Pacquiao a ***** because of it. I'm just calling it how I see it.

I was going to say the same thing and whats worse use Spinks as one of the fighters. Isn't it funny that when we think boring fights we think of Spinks right away?
