Definitely, De La Hoya would have beaten Pacquiao at 147 in his prime but history is done already and it was impossible for De La Hoya to have fought Pacquiao at 147 in his hayday.

At the weight they fought at De La Hoya would kill Pacquiao in his Prime but if they were both to fight at 130-140 it would be an amazingly even fight in my opinion!

Its amazing how much you can forget over the years. I've remembered just how good Oscar was, and how blisteringly fast his hands were. Question i pose is: Would Pacquiao have beaten a prime De La Hoya??
