Cotto just because I want JMM to get a good laugh. I'm still pissed about the fact that the JMM win was overlooked and Manny becomes the biggest thing since shoe laces. I like both guys other than that though.
Plus I'm a guy that can appreciate the way Marg crush Cotto and Cotto still came back to fight the toughest mu fuggaz around.Comment

Frigging funny ****, dude. I salute both fighters. I will root for Cotto but, short of someone being thoroughly trounced, I will be happy with any result. I want both of their reputations strengthened by this fight (Think Ward/Gatti).Comment

He said it very well. I think both Manny and Cotto are honest true fighters, both have shown vulnerability, both have been in wars, both have their country on their backs, both seek greatness.Cotto just because I want JMM to get a good laugh. I think Cotto wins on heart and punching power, no disrespect to Manny.Comment

I love Manny but I'm nervous about this fight. I still vividly remember how Cotto broke Quintana's will and that guy was no slouch. Body shots galore. I'll still be betting serious money on Pac on this one though. I'm up to $800 already with 4 months to go (against friends and co-workers). Come Nov. 13, I am still not sure how high I am willing to go.Comment

Jeezuz. I hope you make good money cuz that's a lot if Manny loses. Maybe hedge that bet somehow. But then again, you live in Princeton and you cannot be much less than successful to live there.I love Manny but I'm nervous about this fight. Honestly, it's not really about the money. It's the idea that there is a lot riding on a fight or any other sporting event that makes me enjoy (or be nervous) during the lead up to that event. I bet against an Indian friend of mine on a freakin cricket tournament and that's like the most boring sport in the world to me. You don't even want to know how much money I lost when the Patriots lost to the Giants in the Super Bowl a year and a half ago. My wife tossed around the word idiot in my vicinity atleast a couple hundred times and I am still hearing about it from time to time during family and friendly gatherings.Comment
