        i agree.

        i think the just thing to do would have been take a point away from the fighter who took the cheapshot and give the injured fighter time to recover (ie. treat is as you would for taking a point for a low blow).

        the ref should have not let the other fighter get away with it because due to how late he hit him after he was down that was easy to tell it was intentional. there should be no warnings for fouls that extreme in my opinion.

        if its a harmless foul or one that could be viewed as unintentional the fighter should simply overlooked for the first offense...but not with that type of foul....he knew he was clearly down...took a cheapshot and the ref basically punished the fighter who was hurt for getting hit while he was down and not the fighter who carelessly inflicted the assualt.

        Terrible sportsmanship from the fighter and an even worse call by the ref.
