Manny Pacman is petrified of American fighters

Before Pacman was fighting at 130, there weren’t many Americans. But once he entered 135, they were abundant. When he came to 135, he could have fought Nate Campbell who held 3 of titles at LW division, instead he chooses one dimensional Mexican bum in Diaz. He jumps to 147, he chooses to fight Oscar. Instead Mosley/Williams/Berto.

At 140, again instead of fighting Bradley who is in his prime with 2 world belts, he chooses once again dimensional Hatton who was declining since the Mayweather fight.

Again, he is fighting at 147. He can choose to fight Williams,Mayweather,Mosley,Berto. But wants to fight a declining Cotto. Mosley was willingly to fight at 140, but Pacman didn’t want any since he is American.

Remember Pacman thought he could beat Margarito, yet never mentioned Williams’s name

Pacman will never fight any American fighter

Campbell at 135 is better than Diaz that is for sure. Bradley is better than Hatton at 140. Bradley beat Writter, the guy Hatton has been ducking for years. Williams/Mayweather/Mosley are all better than Cotto at 147. Cotto-Mosley fight is controversial. Never fight a Rican at MSG

Paul Willaims - ridiculous to fight a 7 foot fighter
            Ande Berto - who?
            Timothy Bradly - who?
Shane Mosley - not a bad choice but more money in Cotto plus it's in house

Nate Campbell - this is the only real possible option at the time. But if you put it into perspective Pacquiao was going up in weight and chose the easier fight in Diaz probably to test the waters so to speak. I believe it was the plan for Pacquiao to stay at 135 for a bit and fight Campbell, but the Oscar de la hoya option was thrown into the mix and when you're offered more money than you ever made in your career, chances are your going with the money.

Doesn't matter anyways, after Pac beats cotto he's fighting Mayweather.

              1. Diaz is American. He is from Chicago, Illinois.

              2. Bradley was not the #1 140lber in the world. Hatton was. And had been so for the past 4 years. Bradley also did not unify with Holt until a month before the Hatton fight.

              3. Please tell me you dont think Berto vs Pacquiao would actually be competitive. He barely beat Luis Collazo.

              4. Williams is no longer a WW and Mayweather would much rather fight Marquez.

Why the hell would he be afraid of a bunch of Yanks with those skills? You really seem to think Americans are all that. Well Cotto, is more highly rated than all of those you mentioned. And Pacquiao descisions Mayweather.
