If he were to be beaten by Pac in the same manner that Pac beat Hatton, it would be very hard for Cotto to get back to a spot where his name is being mentioned among p4p elite.....but I doubt that happens.

Pac does think dangerous fighters that could be a threat to him should retire, look what there doing to Mosley. I'm not even a Cotto fan but I feel the man is being taken advantage of and sacrificed for the sake of moving along another fighter, Pac is gonna get a catchweight money fight against a guy that is on the decline anyway. It's an outrage that Cotto has to cater to Pacman for his belt, I could see if Cotto was being as aggressive about getting the fight as Mosley was but to me Bob Roach and Pac basicly forced the Cotto fight. Now Cotto is getting the worst of everything and has the most to lose it's crazy. I will be rooting for Cotto beacuse i'm sick of Pacman and his team manipulating factors to basicly cheat there way to a legacy. Cotto vs Mosley rematch was a better WW fight and Mosley Vs Pac was a better fight at 140 and the fact that Pac passed on 140 60/40 split with Mosley tells me they do want him to retire because they won't face that man under any circumstances out of fear of derailing the moneytrain, they give a **** about legacy they looking for easy wins and money. Yet they say hey Mayweather is the greedy pretender not us lmao...there worse than what Floyd has even been accused of.
