Jermain kinda does it but he swings it real low^^
yea it gives you good rhythm..but good boxers can time that.....

True...I can only do it for a round or two though...after that I just keep my hands up and chin tucked in

Sometimes I emulate Cotto with the way he holds his hands up and I throw a lotta right hooks since I'm in the southpaw stance

I'm still learning...only punch I'm very good at is the jab.

People tell me I double and triple the jab real good...

I throw the left hand in there...sometimes I'm a little off with how good I throw it

I can take a punch, but considering my weight can give a hell of a punch too....decent speed nothing amazing, use the jab, hooks are by far my best shots particularly my right hook, good stamina, quick reflexes and enjoy countering.....

I aint boxed amature or pro but do alot of sparring with people at my gym....tried finding a gym near me but cant find a decent 1...plus prices are off the roof...too expensive

I'm a mix between Cotto, Manny and Marquez so you do the math.

I only box amatuer right now but I would like to talk about the style I have developed.

I like to stick closely to what my trainer says - but sometimes I like to throw in some trap shots...fake the right followed by a left hook to the body, expose the rib then create and angle and hook the head.

I like to pressure my opponent into fighting how I want to fight - I usually take a few punches on my way inside but once I'm there I can use my traps and bodywork to set up dominance.

I fight like J Toney when i'm in training, defensive and counter attacks. My bob and wheaving is probably my best strenght, with my defense and my left jab. Unfortunately in my only fight, i won it slapping and punching a lot like Calzaghe in the last round.

Whatever i don't compare my skills to those great fighters, i have a long way to go, before i'm even a pro.

Like lucien bute. In a southpaw stance with my right low, use a flicker jab. I like using the left uppercut a lot too.
