Both are great fighters, i just feel Cotto is a bit inconsistent lately, whoever wins, boxing wins, that said, i'm rooting for Pacquiao

i have no idea how the fight will play out, will pacquiao still be the agressor or will it be controlled agression like against oscar? will cotto be content backing off and trying to box or will he try to force his size and power on pacquiao risking walking into an onslaught?

I'm not rooting for either, may the best man win but I believe Pacquiao will win by 9th or 10th round K.O. Cotto tends to plant his foot everytime he throws the left hook to the head or body and by the time he plants his foot, Pacquiao would have either, already landed a combination or gotten out of there. Not only that, Cotto doesn't have a straight right hand, atleast not as good as Marquez's straight.

What Cotto does have is, good durability, Pacquiao isn't gonna blast him out of there like he did Hatton. Cotto's downfall may be his stamina, you can't slow down against Pacquiao because Pacquiao is a quick starter and he only gets better and better as the rounds go on. Lucky for Cotto, Pacquiao doesn't have an uppercut.

For Cotto to win, he'd have to switch to a high guard, throw the jab ALOT and and continue to walk foward with his high guard. Pick his shots wisely. Only way I can see Cotto winning.
