  • Tell you what though, even with the big size advantage Cotto has, he better move his head or he'll get chopped to pieces.

Well that's just patently false. In his eight fights at WW he's come in below 147 at the weigh-in 5 times. And from all reports I have read he he has never had to sweat it out in the days leading up to each respective weigh-in. 145 is fine for him. No excuses about being drained in this one. If Pac wins it's because he earned it.

cotto is not the same fighter anymore freddie roach saw a weak fighter..manny pac looking for another easy k.o. from a fading fighter!!! even the H.B.O. commentators were saying cotto is not the same!!! thats exactly what the H.B.O. commentators said about cotto in his last fight!!!

            • Yeah Cotto is a real opponent But Pac is for real. His fast hands will put Cotto in a difficult situation. Size is not the problem for Manny as you can see from his previous fights.

                  • cotto may not be the same mentally but physically he's on point. he's a real welterweight and manny is going to find that out quickly. miguel cotto is no joke.manny will get hit by a legit active welterweight. marquez hurt manny so just imagine what will happen from a cotto body shot.

Cotto made 146lbs for Clottey, a 1lbs. weight drain excuse is simply silly. He made 146lbs...he can make 145lbs. But do you think he can take the "punches in bunches" coming from Pacquiao? He goes for the body, his face is open for a flurry of punches; and a combination will be able to connect. Pacquiao took the body punches from Hatton well (not saying that Hatton hits harder than Cotto, but quite the opposite); Pacquiao will be able to sustain a few body punches in the early rounds; but I think that Pacquiao will still be too fast for Cotto to square up.
