Honestly, the knockout that most made me say "Damn!" was a women's boxing match. I don't remember the names but one was about 4-5 inches shorter than the other and landed a RIDICULOUS right hand on the chin that sent the taller lady straight backwards flat on her back. Her head bounced off the canvas pretty roughly and the ref immediately stopped it, she left the ring on a stretcher.
