          1)It depends on which ref you have. With an english ref Khan gets mauled, with a Jay Nady, Khan would give him a hard time with his speed.
          I will assume Hatton who did beat Tszyu and fought hard with Mayweather moved pretty well and had the offensive footwork to counter Khan's defensive footwork. Plus Khan doesn't have a one punch KO power.

          Hatton by decision


          2)Khan right now would be too fast for him. Mayweather and Pacquiao ruined Hatton's resistance to punches. So he would take a beating like Barrera and Kotelnik.

          Khan by decision.

            Give Khan a couple more years and see how he goes, but he isnt good enough, or hit hard enough; yet.
