Then you add to that he just doesnt look the same. Ofcourse he would have to look good to beat Pac but I just dont think it would be enough considering how he's recently looked. I do think alot of writers would have him #1 though
floyd wont get credit for beating a lightweight champ and how can williams outrank cotto in the p4p list specially when cotto beats pac?

yeah cotto would be ahead of williams...but williams will be up there with a win against sergei dzindziruk..and he'll move up again if rafa and izzy fight for the fourth time with the loser dropping out of the top 10

Personally, I don't think Cotto is good enough or will be good enough to be p4p#1.

Who knows what the Golden boy run Ring magazine will do...

Cotto beats the top 3 WW in the world and drops 2 spots...but he gets on the list for beating Micheal Jennings...I don't understand how they make there list...but it seems odd at best.

Was Tarver in the top 10 P4P ratings when he beat Jones jr? No. Cotto is number 8 right now so a win over Pacquiao would most definetly give him him the 1# or close to it.

Probably not, some pac fans will still complain or want pacman at #1.
