    Pacquiao-Cotto has been agreed & finalised @ 145

    Reports from Team Pacquiao say that Canadian advisor Mike Koncz is on his way to the US to relay a message to Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum that Manny Pacquiao has agreed to face Miguel Cotto of Puerto Rico on Nov. 14 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The fight will be at 145 lbs.

          You don't have to take the "man" out of Manny now. Manny Pacquiao, according to reliable Filipino reporter Nick Giongco, has authorized agent Michael Koncz to fly to the US to deliver a signed contract for a Pacman fight against Miguel Cotto on Nov. 14 in Las Vegas. According to Giongco, and to what I and many others suspected, Pacquiao is not quibbling about the weight issue. Jeng Gacal, Pacman's lawyer, had said recently that the fighter would insist on a 143 pound weight limit. Promoter Bob Arum, meanwhile, told me by phone from Northern Italy that that was utter nonsense and that the Pacquiao camp had previously verbally agreed to 145 pounds. Now it's officially on! *.......
