Tyson Fury vs Selezens, my thoughts...

Selzens should be ashamed of his performance. Zero aggression. Zero heart. If Tyson "The British Tye Fields" Fury (give me a break) keeps fighting these tomato cans, he'll puff his record up to 40-0 as well, just like Tye Fields did. First time he steps into the ring with anyone with a name, he'll get killed. I'd pick Minto, Zumbrun, Maddalone, Mollo, Williamson, or any number of other has been heavies to beat him. In fact, I'd pick Fields to mop the floor with Fury.

I don't agree with that at all. Fields is a circus sideshow who was exposed for what he was. Fury has a good amatuer backround and appears to have some decent qualities as a boxer, as well as coming from a boxing family. The guy is 21 years old and has been fighting regularly. He could be fighting for a British title soon. You can't ask for any more than that. The individual fight might have been a farce, but by boxing standards he's moving along well.

He's big, seems to have decent power, and seems to have decent hand speed for his size. I think he's a realistic prospect. I don't see the justification in trying to discredit someone so young who's fighting as often as he is. His chin hasn't been tested yet, but if it turns out that he can take a shot, he could very well be an awkward opponent for anyone. At 21 years old, we don't know what he's capable of.

All Fury needs is a good trainer.

Someone like Steward who works well with tall boxers.

We'll see what he's like against McDermott, that's his real test and the guy is only 21 years old.

I think if he carries on with his wreckless style then he will get exposed. With a good trainer he could improve a lot.

He admited after the fight that he was injured and only fought cause lots of people paid decent money to watch him.

Just watched the fight yesterday, I wasn't to impressed with Fury to be honest he seemed kinda slow even compared to Selezens but he has got plenty of time to work on things. With a good trainer i think he would improve though.
