Weighing 138 for Hatton and 144 for delaHoya at weighin was a safety precaution in case of possible scale defects. Pac`s walking weight is actually 154 and was at a training weight of 151 exactly one week before the Hatton fight, which got some people worried.

Unsure to be honest, Pacquiao is the better fighter and is faster and more powerful than people think... but Cotto's timing is good and he is the bigger more powerful man.

What weight is the fight going to be at that makes a difference? I am unsure to be honest it could be a case of Cotto being too big for him or Pacquiao outclassing him cause we still don't know for sure how the Margarito fight affected him... Clottey he struggled bu he was cut and Jennings aint anything to judge on.

So honestly, I really don't know yet... I will have to wait and see closer to the fight.

He weighs around 148 on fight night though... Cotto around 155+.

people just mention 155 because most of his unofficial weigh in was a long time ago at 140 when he use to come in at 155.

cotto is 160 up nowadays. though some of the boricuas told me he's planning to come in at 155-157 for this fight so he's lighter on his feet.
