great thread! The only person that made me want to have a "friendly" match was some dude from Memphis (not larry, larry is hilarious). I think wes is in his name. Dude is quick to call you names and is disrespectful. **** he would never say face to face.
With that said, I'll **** around with any one around lhw or cruiser. I'm training every week.
Lefty, I put on sympathy weight with my girl, u just gotta work out whenever you can. Shadowbox in the rroom for 30 min. Do 1000 pushups throughout the day. Go run for 20 min. Skip for 10 like 3 diff times a day.then get out the house for some workouts. No late nite food bruh, that's the worst, especially no carbs.
Yeah I hear you my man I have been cutting back on consumption but havent weighed myself in like 2 weeks. I started out at 215lbs. i cut back on beer and switched from reguliar beer to MGD 64 when i do drink it. I have been eating yogurts in the AM fiber one bars inbetween breakfast and dinner to keep my metabolic rate up. For lunch been eating lots of turkey and chicken baked and steamed. For dinner I eat reguliar meals just not going back for seconds and after dinner i do not eat at all just drink tons of water to keep myself from feeling hungry. Been wathcing my diet but I haven't incorporated any excercise in my life. i need to start the push ups and the sit ups go running and jump rope a little bit...Thanks for the incouragement Walt....Lefty
