LOL Arum won't let him fight him. Think what you want but Floyd is clearly more talented skilled and light years ahead of Cotto. Cotto seen first hand up close what his style would get him when Mayweather fought his cousin thus he has never even monotonely even considered say Floyd's name.

You can say what you want, until Floyd proves it he will be seen as a set of vagina lips. Too many ifs surround Mr. Mayweather and his self created legendary status. Its a shame he is an expert at ducking fighters and taking easier bouts for the sake of money. He has potential, but he is wasting his time.
