I'm not sure why he doesn't realize that not fighting Caballero will hurt his image, and hence his marketability/pocket more than paying the fees. If Caballero pays the fees then go ahead with it already, its not like Celestino is Superman, he actually lost his last contest even if the record says otherwise. Stop preventing a good fight.
