I don't see it being a problem for Pacquiao--he hasn't been throwing crazy bombs like he's usually done in the past. I'm almost 100% postive pacquiao will pick his spots to throw crazy shots other than that he's going to try to box Cotto the entire fight due to the size advantage.
i've never seen pacquiao try to "outbox" someone...thats not his style..and its kinda hard to judge from the hatton fight because if i was pacquiao i would have fought exactly the way he did..hatton is always open for shots

Pacquiao is too fast. Pacquiao puts on the pressure. Pacquiao uses his feet way better. Pacquiao will never stand there and LET himself get hit on. Cotto is a good break'em down fighter,but Pacquiao cant be broken down. He is too fast all around. Hits hard. Stamina 110% !!
