A lot of people owe money to the IRS after making more in 1 year than they have in the last 10, not unusual at all. But I agree he came for the money not cause he needs it though because it would be dumb to quit now when you could easily fight 2-3 more fights for 8 zeros.

I think he decided the 0 is worth a risk for 8 0's on his checks.
