You haven't got a clue whether it's related "to his bloating up between fights" or not. It seems like it's some sort of stomach virus that could have come from anywhere, a dodgy pie, a vegan casserole or just something he caught from somebody else. It might not even be that at all, which is why the 'mystery' remains as the medics test for everything from ulcers to cancer.

i wouldnt be too worried about ricky in hospital,
the media are just blowing things out of portion because of the KO in his last fight,
I think Ricky could fight again, he wont want to go out on a loss,
he has too much heart and loves his fans.
As i do think he would beat Khan he wasnt the same mentally after the Mayweather fight so i cant imagine how he is now,
he will wanna proof something tho in some way.
Whether it is against Khan or not,
I know it could be a risky fight for him but i do see him stopping him early

i think ricky will continue to fight mate. he was even back in the gym before he was hospitalized
