    Where does Khan go next?

Cong**** to Amir for dominating Kotelnik, but i do wonder, what can he do now?

He could stay at JWW and make defenses but he will want the big fights , so that would mean the likes of JMM, and i think we know what would happen there

If he gives up the belt and goes back down to lightweight, there are some very tought n sig punches in the lw division that he would need to avoid

What do you think he will do next

A Hatton fight is big in the UK and could be winnable for him. I think they'll scrap for Hatton's last fight.

Khan vs. Mosley at 140 in UK would fulfill each other`s needs for money and fame.

I don't think he should go back to lightweight again. Those punches Kotelnik hit him with would have put him down at lightweight. He seems much stronger at JWW, albeit he hasn't been in with a puncher yet.

        Think he should fight -

Salita in a mandatory defence - If he wins
        Hatton - If he wins
        Diaz/JMM - If he wins
        Prescott/Maidana - If he wins
The best and most dangerous fighter available at JWW - If he wins
Move to welterweight and fight a top opponent

That's how Khan's career should progress. If he can out of the above winnng every fight, he would have some record before he even touched upon 30 fights. It's a long shot though.

He actually doesn't need to move to fast. He is still young and growing and that should help him both mentally and physically as time goes by.

If he wants to retire early though, then he will push faster.

Your right. Khan needs to be fighting contenders rather than world beaters. He still needs to develop his game somewhat. People are expecting too much from Khan already but I think boxers like Salita, Mallignaggi, Peterson, Diaz, Campbell, and Hatton, are good fights for Khan in the near future.

Maidana is his mandatory so I'd expect him to be avoided like the plague.
