Don't get me wrong, this is not a bash thread. I have high hopes for Amir Khan, despite how much I hate him, he is still british after all. I did at one time believe Amir Khan would beat Hatton, after he brutally defeated Barrera.
I watched the fight between him and Kotlenik, and even though he did very well, Kotlenik was terrible on the attack but had nice defence. Ricky Hatton may have terrible defence, but for that he has good attack and rough tactics, he'll use the rough tactics such as holding and elbowing then he'll hook amir khan in the face, the question is how much of it can amir khan take?
If Amir Khan can take it on the backfoot all night and hit through hatton then he will win but I believe Hatton will be able to rough up and hurt him, lets not forget Hatton isn't a cabbage in the knock out department and he has got some handspeed, something Kotlenik seemed to lack during that fight, Kotlenik looked a grade c fighter at best, if I was Amir Khan I would get some more fights under the belt before taking him on.
