There are two reasons you guys should not want her to die. I will give the unpopular one first: All life should be held sacred. Now that that's out of the way, condsider that even though most people would prefer a lifetime in prison to death, prison is no picnic. I don't know from experience, but people don't risk their lives to escape for nothing. It is not pleasant and it's not intended to be. It IS supposed to be punative AND rehabilitative but it's more the former than anything.

If you want her truly punished, as I do, I think a lifetime of rotting in prison is infinitely worse than a short painless death. Now, I am not suggesting I wish abject suffering upon her (such as torture or something) but I am suggesting that I want her to be miserable. She deserves it.

Very true, but I'd rather be dead then spend life in prison, seriously. I don't enjoy reading books, I wouldn't be able to keep myself occupied. I don't know about women prison, or how bad it is, someone post a video, I'd like to know.

i dont think they do death penalty in brazil, i think life would be the worst overthere. But in brazil money can buy her freedom. very corrupted overthere

A lot of people think that. You might be right, but I hope not...at least where she's concerned. Women can be downright evil. She's a small woman, and could easily find herself at the absolute bottom of the pecking order. I don't need to explain how awful that can be. She will not have much, if any, visitation rights with her son. Psycologically she could be undone because she would be more alone than she's ever been. Showers will be once every other day and the food will be awful, the guards cruel or at least haughty and the sleeping arrangements horrible and privacy is next to nothing.

If she is at all human, she will probably (many do) start to feel remorse for her crime. People have been driven insane with guilt. She may come to that. She will break in prison, I am certain of it. When she does, that's when we can take satisfaction in it.
