He says it in a way that's funny but i laugh the same way when POSTERS on this forum make out pacquiao to be 10 X faster than cotto or make it seem that if pacquiao fought hopkins or paul williams that pacquiao would destroy them. I like pacquiao but we need to stop making him out to be the best fighter ever based on 2 fights with oscar and hatton. Is pacquiao an ATG? Yes, he dominated some divisions. He beat some very good featherweights and lightweights and pacman is a very smart, fast, tough fighter but remember that morales, barerra and marquez are not welterweights.

I'm a cotto fan and glad he beat a very good mosley and a top 5 welterweight in cotto but i don't think cotto is an ATG yet.
