He has a big weakness (his chin obviously) and two huge advantages: Everyone will go for a knock out against him, opening themselves up, specially if they are being outboxed and he is a very good student who likes to impress his trainers and seems to have learned the "Ortiz lesson" for now. Also he is only 21 or 22 so he has at least 8 years of prime time to improve and maybe grow a tougher beard
