Who takes this fight and why?

HOLT by rather brutal KO. Holt is just as quick if not quicker than Kahn, and Kahn can't take a punch. Holt on the other hand can crack like a mule.

I think this could make for a good fight Khan has the potential to out box Holt,but i think at somepoint in the early rds Holt would ko him,if the fight went past 6 it is Khans fight.

Holt takes this fight. By sudden K.O.

Holt would be willing to trade when Khan is punching and has the speed to catch Khan in the middle of a combination. Which is something Kotelnik was not able to do.

The main factor is the power that Holt has. I might not sure if it the power that Holt has or that he hits you so fast that opponents do not see it coming.

Either way Holt is a bad match up for Khan.
