Anyone else notice kotelniks high trunks?

Before the fight started i noticed how high kotelniks trunks were, this is why khan didnt go to the body as much as predicted.

Khan showed a bit of initiative as kotelnik had his trunks up to his ******* and was more active than expected but still won comfterbly
