U try to be a smart ass, overhand right is the last punch u would expect from a southpaw, hence its very effective to throw it. Some boxers are just as good with both hands, and I'm not a natural southpaw, I use the stance to confuse and it works so far.
Actually an overhand right isnt going to have any juice on it from a southpaw stance. An overhand right from the southpaw stance is called a jab.
