Khan would easily beat Ricky Hatton now...

I think Khan would win easier than he did in the Kotelnik fight, Hatton can't seem to handle fighters as fast as Khan. Plus Hatton is much easier to hit than Kotelnik.

He should take this fight now if he has the oppertunity.

    Have to agree tbh.

The difference in speed and reach would just make the fight kinda painful to watch.

Khan would look way too big in there IMO.

Even if Hatton was able to get to him, I doubt he could really have any physical advantage on the inside.

Only thing I'd give Ricky, is that he wouldn't be afraid to walk right through Khans deceptive weaker flurries just to get a shot off, which is something Kotelnik wouldn't do since he prides himself so much on technical mastery.

Only reason I see the Khan camp wanting the fight is an easy win over a huge name.

Only reason I see the Hatton camp wanting the fight is money.

Hatton could hurt him at times though and might be able to take him out there and then...

Big step up for Khan that still but one i might tip him to win myself...

Khan would beat Hatton and KO him within 5 rounds. Kotelnik's defence is 10x better than Hattons, and Khan was still slipping through his guard and landing some decent shots. His defence has also improved dramatically.

The only chance Hatton would have is to catch Khan early, but I think Khan has improved enough to avoid Hatton's big shots for the first few rounds. By then, Khan would have hurt Hatton a few times. People need to remember that Khan is very accurate. The only reason he didn't land a high amount of shots on Kotelnik, is because his defence and guard are first class. Against a boxer like Hatton, Khan would land crisp, hurtful punches at will.

        Khan wins this.

Hatton is finished. I like him, but he's a shell. Khan would destroy him. Too fast, too skilled. Hatton just brawls.

Am I the only one who thinks this fight means nothing at this stage of Hattons career? If Khan were to fight and beat Hatton (unless its as impressive as Pac did) I wouldnt even give him credit for it. Same goes for Hatton. Roach is trying to feed Khans Pacs leftovers. Morales and Hatton, if Marquez gets stopped by Mayweather he might try and match Khan with him as well

You work your wau up slowly. He should fight all these guys, experience, different styles. All a learning curve.

If I was Khan, I'd want to fight Hatton. Whether Hatton is finished or not (even tho he is), it would get him alot more recognition and set him up for bigger fights.

Hatton would get on in the inside lick amir's ******* and then unleash a crushing body shot sending him to the deck.

I said before this fight between klotenik and Khan happened i don't think Hatton (the one after Pac) stands a chance in hell. Khan too fast, to strong and has Roach in his corner, Hatton isn't a 1 ko puncher imo either, he wears you down. He wouldn't get near Khan enough to do so.
