The only thing you can objectively base a rematch between the two on is their 1st fight with each other, not how they looked against other fighters with different styles. So, still Prescott by the only way can knows how to win which is a brutal ko.
Its all irrelevant. Kahn was wobbled by 1 Prescott jab. If you can't even take a guys jab, you don't have a chance in hell of lasting 12 rounds with him.
Prescott has a 20% chance of getting lucky and an 80% chance of getting outclassed. Doesn't matter, it would only have ever happened if Khan lost tonight; now it's totally pointless.
