Clottey could have won the fight if he put in 20% more effort, but the lazy **** didn't and deserved the loss.

Clottey didnt put the 20% effort because he was fighting Cautious.

Theres a reason why he didnt go balls out in the last couple rounds. he didnt want to get hurt. He felt Cottos power and knew if he let his hands fly he would take major damage and probably get KOed. He played it safe to go the full 12 rounds. He had Cotto on a bloody platter with the gash he shouldve beaten him. BUT Cottos skills and power outweigh his handicap

Clotteys punches thoughout the fight dramatically shortened due to him trying to protect himself from major power.

That's how you fight a fighter physically stronger than can take your shots easily. You move, use timing and spped, and CLINCH when you are uncomfortable. Khan fought a very smart fight, and his stamian was good. he only started slowing down in the 12th.
