What does that have to do with anything? For the record, Cotto's title should NOT be on the line against Manny if Manny won't fight at 147. If you don't fight at welterweight you should not get a welterweight title.

Floyd being the best welterweight after beating Carlos Baldomir is ridiculous, considering Margarito, Clottey, and Williams were all there, that was my point.
