Better chance of beating pacquiao? Weight drained Cotto/Weight drained Mosley..?

Since manny blew up around 10 to 15lbs to fight smaller past prime fighters at 130...

Now he's goin lookin for weight drained past prime welter's..which of the two has a better chance of beating this coward chicken manny?

A PAST PRIME WEIGHT DRAINED MOSLEY?

A [possible past prime?] WEIGHT DRAINED COTTO?
    12
    Weight drained past prime Mosley
    75.00%
    9
Weight drained possibly past prime Cotto

its a really strange fight but i think if pacman agrees to 145 or above he is going to lose vs either man. if he manages to get them down to 143 or below then we will see another DLH in the ring.

at 144 i think it it woul be an interesting and more competitive fight whoever he chooses to face.

personally i think cotto can make 144. SSM is a smaller guy than cotto. hes not as big around the chest or shoulders but he comes in ripped and in great condition. even when he weighs in for a 147 fight you hardly see a lb of fat on him he is all muscle and it is hard to see how he can lose that muscle without doing himself some damage.

cotto is different, yes he is the bigger man but he is not the huge WW people make him out to be (for a really big WW see margarito or williams). cotto in fact has a few lbs of fat on him and if he were to lose the fat imo he could make 144 and still be in good enough condition to fight.

but theres other doubts about cotto, can he actually lose that fat? is he past his prime? imo hes not past his prime but he has lost some steam and is at risk of burning out early on in his career. imo he does need a break but thats hardly going to help him cut the fat from his midriff is it?

i feel the same way..i wish manny just went to 147 like all those who worked there butts off years before him...yea he's the draw and all but as u can see here with all the negotiations its seems that boxers see more than just the money like unlike money manny..certainly seems like it

yeah i know what you mean but manny is a smaller guy i dont think he should fight anyone above 143 or 144 at the most. i mean sometimes i have to pinch myself and remind myself that this guy started out at flyweight.

hes never let his weight go beyond 147, even when hes ballooning up between fights, alot of fans seem quite ignorant over the 3lbs of weight difference. in reality 3lbs in boxing is a helluva difference.

dont forget that bob arum is taking a fairly big slice of the pacquiao pie so its easy to see why pacman is a little hard to negotiate with (see the hatton fight).

in some ways manny reminds me of floyd. they both had their legacy fights at lower weights (JMM, Morales, MAB, castillo, gatti, corrales etc) but now they're cherry picking fighter at higher weights. the difference is their methods of gaining an advantage, manny he is forcing bigger fighters to come down and kill themselves, mayweather does the same thing but also seems to be picking guys who are stylistically easy for him i.e. baldomir.

p.s. why have you got so much red k goblin?
