    Froch Vs. Calzaghe

One of the guys that I speak to in the gym is a real Froch fan-boy. Our discussions often turn into arguments when he claims that Calzaghe retired purely to avoid fighting Froch and (according to him), should Calzaghe have fought Froch then it would have been a KO.

I can say two things about people who are of this opinion.

    1. If I were ever to drink with them, 9/10 I would end up punching them if they said that.

    2. They clearly live life ignorant to the sheer adaptability in Calzaghe's game.

I'm not saying Froch is a bad fighter...what I am saying is that he is a disrespectful [insert appropriate swear] and needs a good knocking off of someone. Don't get me wrong, I would have loved to see Calzaghe do it.

      Late TKO by Calzaghe.

If not, Calzaghe wins by wide UD. Froch isn't as bad as people think, but Calzaghe is just going to outbox him and punish him. Calzaghe had accurate punches, decent power and would have put Froch down in the mid-rounds.

What does Froch do better than Kessler exactly?

Erm, is there even one thing?

Look, anybody who disagrees with the opinion that Calzaghe would dismantle Carl Froch, should watch Froch - Taylor one more time, because if you can't see that Froch style suits Calzaghe like a hand in a glove, your boxing knowledge is below average.

Really don't know about that, even if was the case would be by a slim margin.

Plus Kessler uses energy by actually moving around.

Furthermore do a better chin and stamina help you much against Calzaghe anyways?

At a push just means he wouldn't be knocked out (Calzaghe probably couldn't anyway so pointless) and he'd just last the distance ok, only to lose a UD.

Pointless advantages over Kessler against Calzaghe, even if he does possess them.

When was Kesslers stamina and chin tested? Kessler has never been flored. Basicly, what are you talking about?
