“I will fight my mandatory,” said undisputed welterweight champion Zab “Super” Judah referring to #1 IBF mandatory challenger Cosme Rivera at a New York City press conference on Tuesday. The Judah vs. Rivera mandatory clash will be the co-main event to the May 14th Felix Trinidad versus Winky Wright megafight at the MGM Grand. “After my mandatory, I want Oscar (De La Hoya) or Shane Mosley.” Today was the homecoming celebration for Judah as he and Don King paraded the IBF, WBC and WBA belts in front the New York press. Later on this evening, Judah will continue his celebration with a victory party at a New York nightclub (to be disclosed later).

The veteran Rivera (28-7-2, 20 KOs) earned the right to fight Judah when he TKO’ed Hercules Kyvelos in a IBF eliminator in September 2004. Judah (33-2, 24 KOs) became the undisputed welterweight champion when he whipped and knocked out Cory Spinks in February.
-----------------------
Bobby Goodman, VP of Boxing Operation for Don King Productions, stated to *********: “Zab is open to all challenges, including Oscar De La Hoya and Shane Mosley. He is the undisputed champion, he has all three belts – the IBF, the WBC and the WBA – and he is ready to fight the best. That is why he is called ‘Super’ because he is ready to fight the best and he has all the belts. Zab just jumped up to 147, Oscar said he was going to down welterweight and Mosley is fighting at 147. All they have to do is come in and seat down with Don King. We can look at any challenges.”
