ever since pac's stature has gone up & his victories over oscar & hatton, people forget that this guy is 5'6 1/2 career featherweight.
yet he gets called a ***** for trying to fight full fledged welterweights. the ridiculousness of it all is amazing. a smaller guy trying to fight nothing but bigger guys somehow becomes a coward.

It's been 10 years. Just like it was 10 years for Oscar. This one is going to be ugly. Shane will get beat up. But hey, Pac will get credit because Shane offered the weight.
Cotto knows his limits, Shane should know his, but he's paper chasing. I guess people will do what they need to do, no matter the consequence.

but when you come out and say you are "never going back to 135", then you are no longer just the "smaller guy".
If Pac can no longer make 135, then he is a full fledged JWW, REGARDLESS of where he started.....Last edited by OnePunch; 07-17-2009, 03:31 PM.

what recent history of previously knocked out guys?
david diaz was previously knocked out before pac got to him?
jmm was previously knocked out before pac got to him?
oscar was previously knocked out before pac got to him?
recently knocked out?
your talking about ricky? the same guy who won 2 fights in lopsided decisions before pac got to him?
i guess after
hearns ko'd duran
foreman ko'd frazier
holyfield ko'd tyson
salvador ko'd azumah
anybody who beats those guys shouldnt get credit huh? & thats just other greats knocking out other greats. very very small sample.
what about greats that got knocked by lesser fighters?
stop with the selective scrutiny. u fail brah.Last edited by DonTaseMeBrah; 07-17-2009, 03:37 PM.
