ever since pac's stature has gone up & his victories over oscar & hatton, people forget that this guy is 5'6 1/2 career featherweight.

yet he gets called a ***** for trying to fight full fledged welterweights. the ridiculousness of it all is amazing. a smaller guy trying to fight nothing but bigger guys somehow becomes a coward.
pac isnt so small i dont buy into that whole thinking, he thoroughly pounded hoya, at 147, i agree every fight is difficult, but given pac dominance and recent history of facing only previously kod guys ,he is a coward for not facing mosley for instance mosley smaller and older than delahoya was ,but team pac knows that mosley isnt shot thats where the cowardice comes in,no excuse 140lbs37 years old pac doesnt take that fight he is very much an opportunistic fighter and cowardly in his opponent selection.

      • Unless Molsey can drain himself to 126 then the fight would still not happen, Not with Arum in charge of Pacman...Arum wants the Pacman/cotto fight and because he controls both fighters thats what he would get.

Shane was like 24-26 when he was 135. Shane's now like 37. He's 5'9, full of muscle.

It's been 10 years. Just like it was 10 years for Oscar. This one is going to be ugly. Shane will get beat up. But hey, Pac will get credit because Shane offered the weight.

Cotto knows his limits, Shane should know his, but he's paper chasing. I guess people will do what they need to do, no matter the consequence.

                • Oh dear, Mosley's financial situation must be really bad if he's this desperate.

but when you come out and say you are "never going back to 135", then you are no longer just the "smaller guy".

If Pac can no longer make 135, then he is a full fledged JWW, REGARDLESS of where he started.....

what recent history of previously knocked out guys?

david diaz was previously knocked out before pac got to him?

jmm was previously knocked out before pac got to him?

oscar was previously knocked out before pac got to him?

                      recently knocked out?

your talking about ricky? the same guy who won 2 fights in lopsided decisions before pac got to him?

                      i guess after

                      hearns ko'd duran

                      foreman ko'd frazier

                      holyfield ko'd tyson

                      salvador ko'd azumah

anybody who beats those guys shouldnt get credit huh? & thats just other greats knocking out other greats. very very small sample.

what about greats that got knocked by lesser fighters?

stop with the selective scrutiny. u fail brah.
