That is a very nice card.

Concepcion will have to fight all 12 to beat Luevano but it's very possible.
Luevano has seemed to lost a step and goes to war more than he should lately, so I will say Concepcion in a close ud.

Concepcion is a little erratic, he looks really good in one fight then looks bad in the next. I think Luevano is too big a step up at this point. Luevano by decision. Luevano can't be lured into a brawl though like he was against Santiago.
