Man. I was watching some videos of this guy and he can PUNCH! Where does he get the power?

Yet another fighter proves you don't need muscles to be powerful. I mean the guy looks like a fat guy at a hot dog stand. His hands are very quick so I guess he just went for speed like the old fashioned fighters. Damn.

A lot of the muscle is for show, there's some really big steroid abusing idiots who come to my gym and they cant punch for ****.

Sanders looks heavy handed, he turns his weight over well has has good speed.

He is a phenomenal natural talent who didn't apply himself. If he had the work ethic of Bernard he would be unstoppable and we would be looking at the heavyweight king. Then again, if I had the work ethic of Bernard I might very well be battling him for the middle weight crown! But probably not.

....Yeah the guy is a phenom. I could see more than a few guys(who do not follow boxing) making a big mistake with him in a bar. He doesn't look like much but damn can he punch. Vitali admitted well after their fight that he was badly hurt on two occasions by that left hand. He and Wlad both say that Sanders left is like nothing they have ever been hit with.

Sanders is a big guy, its pretty hard to do roadwork when you weigh so much. I've always overlooked the fact Sanders has abit of condition around his waist.

Also, he was able to rock Vitali. Vitali has a freaking chin of steel. Lenox hit him with two shots that would have decapitated most heavyweights and he didn't get wobbled. When Corey slipped the straight and nailed Vitali with his left, I made that "Ooohh!" that had to hurt sound.
