Armstrong in Modern boxing

Just want to know if people think Armstrong would have been able to acheive what he did if he had to box in modern times.

Taking into consideration all the rule changes, gloves, low number of fights, politics, etc is it possible for anyone to achieve what he did?

the only bad thing about him is he just attacked everywhere in one fight he lost 5 rounds for fouls....and nowadays everyone cries so i could see him getting dq a few times......he really wasnt big enough to fight with todays welterweights, he would beat 140 easy....
