Hatton has lost all punch resistance, he was almost knocked out by Lazcano. To much abusing his body and waiting too long for a world title fight has cost him.

Hatton's chin has gone over the years + Maidana hits like a mule. Ricky would've probably outboxed him a few years ago, now its a toss up.

i dodn no why there making such a big fuss out of maidana, okay hes got power, but thats it, victor ortiz could have easiyl won that fight, he just got drawn into a toe to toe battle

yeah maidana isn't much to get hyped up about...but he has enough to tear down hatton...i think hatton should retire...cause i can't see him going any further up against any other big name in boxing...****...or any medium name at that...

Nightmare fight for Hatton he's there to get hit and Maidana can most certainly hit. This would end as ugly as the Pac fight did for Hatton.

A prime Hatton would give him trouble and possibly take him the distance, but obviously now Maidana would end it inside 6 if he's got somewhere to go later in the night.

However, him and a prime Hatton would've been a FUCKING AWESOME FIGHT.
