It is threads like this that reinforce the fact for me that there are a lot of idiots among us.

People saying, and truly believing, that they could get in a squared circle and beat any of the existing champions at the weight they weigh now.

Yeah sure, while you are sitting around dipping your Doritos in cream cheese and drinking a Pepsi all day, people like Erdei are running 6-8 miles and sparring 10 rounds and hitting bags for 2 hours. Get a grip guys, you may not like to watch them fight, or you may not respect them, but be honest with yourselves. If you could beat any of the champions you mentioned, you wouldn't be chatting about it on an anonymous internet forum. YOU WOULD BE DOING IT!! YOU WOULD BE GETTING PAID FOR IT!! Tis true so I don't understand why people wouldn't want to face the very best so they can get knocked out really quick and get the same pay and save themselves from a prolonged beating.

damn even an inexperienced amateur like me (6 fights) can beat up on guys who dont know ****

for instance, other day i sparred a kid whos been doing boxing a few months, not all that seriously though, hes about 25 lbs heavier than me, and i was taking it quite easy on him, throwing a few hard punches but not many and just working with him, i did like 6 rounds with him, he landed one clean punch the whole spar and i made his nose bleed and kept wobbling him and having to remind myself not to hit hard, and i was barely trying....

god knows what a top pro would do to a dude with no experience...especially if they tried
