im asking this question coz ive seen posts stating tyson could bench 480 pounds, some say 500 pounds, some 550. does any1 have any solid proof of how much he benches??? And type in bench press lifts for other famous fighters if you know of any

None of mike tysons losses were reeally real. With buster douglas he didnt even train, he gained 22 pounds and had to suck dat much water out of his body. with holyfield it was after prison and lewis, well he was well past his prime, so his record stands 37-0/ LOL

Holyfield, Buster Douglas, McNeely, Lewis, Bonecrusher Smith, just guys off the top of my head and in no particular order that were obviously stronger than him.

I knew several people in HS who were larger than me and lifted more and yet I could still pushed them around. I simply had more natural, functional "man strength" than them.
