Fernando Montiel Targets a Joseph Agbeko Showdown

Things are heating up in the bantamweight division. Last weekend Joseph Agbeko retained his IBF bantamweight title with a twelve round decision over undisputed WBC/IBF/WBA super flyweight champion Vic Darchinyan. The win has already made Agbeko a marked man. WBO bantamweight champion Fernando Montiel wants a unification bout with Agbeko. Montiel is willing to further postpone a fight with mandatory Eric Morel to meet Agbeko in September or October. [details]

Why does he want to postpone Morel for Agbeko. The winner of Montiel/Morel should offer a fight with Agbeko. Afterall, if Montiel cannot get passed Morel, why should he deserve a shot at King Kong?

Montiel/Morel just needs to happen. I'm sick of this fight getting pushed back all the time.

Juanma aprende de Montiel que le dice a su manejador que le consiga la mejor pelea. Juanma learn from Montiel and tell your manager to get you the Caballero fight!unless you are a mama bicho maricon like Celestino said.

            Montiel would beat Agbeko imo.

Edit: but i agree the Morel fight should happen first.

Montiel vs Morel and Donaire vs Agebeko. Let the winners meet. But in reality Agebeko fights for Don King. He may not get a fight in a year.
