I don't think Juanma is scared of Caballero but he's letting his people make it look like that! They can do this fight in NY instead of that other guy and it will be a guaranteed sell-out. I'm not a fan of Golden Boy Promotions. And I realize we get **** fights with those guys at times. Diaz-Malinaggi, Guerrero-Klassen, and Lacy-against anybody are examples. And they were gonna throw Winky Wright on the Mayweather-Marquez undercard until it got canceled. WTF? That aside, I am glad that Cotto, Pavlik, and Margarito have all gotten annhilated. Juan Ma Lopez is the next protected fighter on the list to eventually bite the dust. Margarito was not protected to the extent that Arum's other fighters were. But that changed after he beat Cotto. Arum thought Shane was just gonna pull a De La Hoya, and he was wrong. And if Lopez keeps fighting bums, I don't see how that is going to help his chances if he fights someone like Vasquez or Marquez.
