            Indeed he should that tax cheating fool. But obviously you see the glass half empty and others see the glass half full. Figure it out, the IRS has it's hand out and is taking money but it seems as though the floyd fans see it as floyd taking money from the IRS and guess what, he is doing just that by not paying.
